We are pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2025, our company will change its corporate name to "Maruken Lease Co., Ltd." and embark on a new chapter under this name.

Ever since our establishment in 1968, Maruken Lease Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the leasing and installation of temporary heavy steel construction materials and has contributed to urban development across a wide range of fields, including social infrastructure projects and disaster restoration and rehabilitation efforts in Japan and Asia.
We hereby express our firm commitment, built upon our past achievements, to grow as a more independent enterprise and to advance to the next stage of our development through this change of corporate name.

The construction industry is expected to remain robust for the time being, driven by strong demand for large-scale redevelopment projects in the metropolitan area, various infrastructure and civil engineering initiatives related to national resilience, and the construction of factories supporting inbound tourism and emerging industries. This outlook persists despite challenges such as labor shortages and rising material costs.

Guided by the corporate vision of our current medium-term management plan "Building Together: Creating Future Infrastructure Cities," and as a resilient company whose officers and employees work together with a spirit of continuous challenge, we are committed to strengthening our domestic revenue base, expanding our overseas operations, and promoting the development of new products. While maintaining trust with our stakeholders, we will contribute to a sustainable society through infrastructure development.
